I actually don't use her recipes because I hate bananas and she puts them in everything. But to each his own. Here's mine from today.
2 cups of spinach
1 cup of milk
spoonful of sherbert or yogurt (any flavor, I prefer orange sherbert).
blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
scoop of vanilla protein powder
flax
Turns a greenish, brownish, purplish color but it's really good and the thought of eating it doesn't make me want to curl up and die on the surface of pure fire that is my driveway.
