Asparagus, Mozzarella and Tomato Appetizer Pockets

These are delicious! I made them for a party and they turned out amazing.

Ingredients:
Pizza dough (I just use the Betty Crocker recipe - very easy!)
1 bundle of asparagus
2 large tomatoes
1 container of buffalo Mozzerella or any other kind of cheese (parmesan etc.)
fresh basil

1. Cut up asparagus into little two or three inch little sticks. Boil them for a couple minutes so that they are slightly tender. Drain well.
2. On each little pizza square, put a slice of a tomato, a few pieces of basil, some mozzarella and 4-6 sticks of asparagus.
3. Cover up the little bites with the pizza dough and pinch them shut.
4. Feel free to make cute little designs on top!
5. Bake on a stone at 375 for about ten minutes, until golden brown.

Garnish them with fresh basil and and tomato to add a little festivity! These are delightful little appetizer bites. :)
