Hummus Puree

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas
1/2 c plain fat free yogurt
Juice from 1/2 lemon
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 Tblsp Water
2 Tsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp paprika

Mix in food processor - add your favorite complements such as sun dried tomatoes

Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, pita and enjoy!
